Trends & anomalies
Sample data7 days
Temperature trendCold room 02 (Central warehouse North) · daily mean
Normal range −2.5 … 4.0 °C — all values in range.
Condensing temperatureRefrigeration unit 01 (Production South) · daily maximum
Limit 40 °C — exceeded on 3 of 7 days; rising trend for 4 days.
Compressor run timeRefrigeration unit 01 (Production South) · % per day
Normal range 55–70% — above on 3 days; run time rises with the condensing temperature.
How the notes below the charts are produced: the system generates them automatically from the controller readings – by fixed rules (limit and number of exceedances, trend over several days, relationship between two measured values). The anomaly model additionally assesses unusual patterns. Nothing here is written by hand.
Anomaly detected
Refrigeration unit 01 — increased condensing temperature. The model detects a trend indicating condenser contamination.
The service visit is scheduled.

Acknowledged by site management · temperature stayed in range
- AcknowledgedCold room 02 — door open longer than 5 min (delivery, 2×)
Alarms at 05:36 and 05:50 · acknowledged by M. Weber, shift supervisor
- ResolvedCold room 02 — temperature deviation up to 4.3 °C (6 min)
Back in range at 06:03 · acknowledged by M. Weber, shift supervisor · documented in the HACCP report
Acknowledging — what it means
- By acknowledging, an authorised person confirms that they have seen the alarm and are taking care of it. Name and time are recorded in the activity log; the alarm stays visible until the cause is fixed.
- If the building management system is connected (e.g. Siemens Desigo CC via BACnet), the acknowledgement is passed back to the plant – where the interface allows it in the project. In the demo access the button only changes the display.
Alert rules
- Limit exceeded — upper and lower limit per cold room
- Door open longer than 5 minutes
- Sensor failure or signal loss
- Anomaly model — trend deviation from normal operation
- Escalation via portal notification and e-mail

How the priority is set
- You report a ticket in the portal and choose the impact on your operation: goods or operation at risk · function restricted · no impact on operation. This gives the proposal High, Medium or Low.
- Tickets the system creates itself (alarm, anomaly model) take their priority from the alert rule – a HACCP limit violation, for example, is always High.
- JuKo Tech reviews every ticket in the “Assessed” step and sets the binding priority. It determines the response time under the maintenance contract; any change is noted in the ticket with a reason.
- JuKo Tech reviews every ticket and sets the binding priority; it determines the response time under the maintenance contract. Until JuKo Tech has confirmed the priority, the ticket shows “proposed” next to it.

Categories and statuses — where they come from
- Categories: The list is fixed and maintained by JuKo Tech in the platform (proposal, order / purchase order, drawing, site plan / photo, HACCP report, inspection report, test report, acceptance, warranty, invoice, other). When uploading, you pick from the part of the list that customers can send; documents the system creates itself – HACCP reports or service-visit reports – get their category automatically.
- Categories: Every document has a category from a fixed list. When uploading, you choose: order / purchase order, site plan / photo, test report, invoice or other. Documents JuKo Tech provides for you are categorised by JuKo Tech – for example proposal, contract, drawing, HACCP report, inspection report, acceptance, warranty or certificate.
- Status: The status follows the life cycle and is set by actions, not by hand: Received – the document was delivered to you · Accepted – you confirmed the proposal in the portal · Created – generated automatically by the system · Approved – checked and released by JuKo Tech · Completed – acceptance declared by you as the client · Active – valid until its expiry date, then automatically “Expired”.
- Status: JuKo Tech sets the status of the documents it provides for you: Received, Accepted, Approved, Created, Completed or Active. New documents from JuKo Tech are marked “new” until you download them.
- Your uploads: Under review – JuKo Tech has received the file and is looking at it · Checked – JuKo Tech has reviewed the file.
