Engineering
One system instead of five isolated solutions.
Refrigeration · heat pumps · air conditioning · ventilation · BMS – we end the era of isolated island solutions and create highly efficient energy centres with vendor-independent automation, maximum operational reliability and measurable decarbonisation.

Refrigeration
R290 compound systems, cold rooms, adaptive defrost and HACCP documentation for commerce and industry.

Heat Pumps
Commercial heat-pump systems – planned vendor-neutrally, with our own control programming.

Air Conditioning
VRF, fan coils, ducted units – presence-controlled, with dew-point monitoring, fully BMS-integrated.

Ventilation
Central air-handling systems with heat recovery, CO₂ sensing and BMS integration to DIN EN 16798.

BMS & AI
Building automation on open protocols – BACnet, Modbus, KNX. Predictive maintenance, platform-neutral.
Industry solutions – different in every application context
Every industry places its own demands on HVAC architecture, safety and documentation. These are the fields of application in which we regularly plan and integrate.
SupermarketPropane compound systems, heat recovery for heating, HACCP automation, predictive maintenance.
HotelVRF air conditioning, presence-controlled room climate, HACCP for the kitchen, one BMS interface for everything.
Wholesale & warehousingLarge compound systems, brine secondary circuit, adaptive defrost, load management, multi-site BMS.
Restaurant & cateringCustom cold rooms, HACCP automation, quiet dining-room air conditioning, kitchen extract with heat recovery.
Production & industryProcess cooling, room cooling, heat recovery, BMS integration into the production process.
Office buildingsPresence-controlled air conditioning, CO₂ ventilation, fan coils with heat pump, energy monitoring per tenant.

What we document automatically:
- We measure the temperature of all refrigeration points at 1-minute intervals
- We log limit violations with time stamp and duration
- We record door openings: when, how long, how often
- We record every defrost: start, duration and temperature curve – marked as a planned exception
- We alert the responsible people immediately when a limit is exceeded
- We generate the PDF report at the push of a button – for the food-safety authority
- We store data tamper-proof on site – documentation continues even during an internet outage
Platform · Portal
A clear portal for every client.
Each client sees their sites, projects, visits, equipment and documents — securely, in one place.

Your data remains your data.
Data protection is part of the platform architecture. Customer data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Role-based permissions ensure that only authorised users can access approved information. Security-relevant actions are documented traceably in the activity log.
- Encrypted transferEncrypted connections between browser, portal and cloud.
- Protected storageCustomer data is stored encrypted.
- Roles & permissionsAccess to approved information for authorised users only.
- Activity logSecurity-relevant actions remain traceably documented.
Tenant-specific encryption and customer-controlled keys are part of the architecture roadmap — not presented here as an existing feature.
Security in building automation – the five pillars of our design
A building-automation system as an unencrypted internet endpoint is a security risk. We coordinate the security architecture with the owner's IT security officer.
- Network segmentation with a firewall between IT and building automation
- Encryption wherever the protocol provides it (BACnet/SC, OPC UA, Modbus over VPN)
- Authentication of every user and device with a unique identity – no shared default password
- Firmware updates and patch management with tests before production use
- Monitoring for unusual patterns – night-time access to control valves, anomalies in data-point frequency
